Uplyme Parish Council

Minutes of Council meetings

Council meetings are generally held at 7:15 pm on the second Wednesday of every month. The public is welcome to attend, and there is a short open forum at the beginning of the meeting and afterwards, where anyone can ask questions of the Council, or make comments on local topics over which the Council has influence.

Planning Committee meetings are held as necessary. The Finance Committee also has meetings as necessary. Look on the Agenda page or the noticeboards for up-to-date details.

Council meeting minutes are published once they have been approved by the Council at the next meeting (that is, a month in arrears for the full Council). In the mean time, you can read the latest Parish News report.

You can access the formal Minutes below; older minutes can be inspected by arrangement with the Clerk, or emailed to you. (These are all Adobe Acrobat (PDF) files.)

Annual Parish Meetings

The Annual Parish Meeting is held in late April. It is organised by the Council but is a meeting of all the electors of Uplyme, at which any items of interest may be discussed and voted upon.
