Additional nomination papers may be collected from the Returning Officer at Knowle, Sidmouth, 01395 571702.
The Acting Returning Officer must receive completed nominations for District/Parish by no later than 4pm on Thursday 9 April 2015. It is entirely the candidate’s own responsibility to ensure that the Acting Returning Officer receives nominations on time.
Parliamentary papers are being received from Wednesday 1 April 2015.
A Statement of Persons Nominated notice will be sent to the Council for display by 4pm on Friday 10 April 2015. Any withdrawals of candidature must be received in writing by 4pm on Thursday 9 April 2015. If sufficient candidates remain validly nominated after this time, the relevant election will be held on Thursday 7 May 2015.
