Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

Cllr Chris James, Chair of Uplyme Parish Council, fellow Parish Councillors and the Clerk would like to wish you a very Happy Christmas and New Year.

It’s been a busy year as usual with public consultations mainly focusing around safety, planning and assisting residents around the pandemic Covid-19, many ongoing discussions with local authorities to progress the roads, transport, infrastructure, maintenance and numerous other day to day tasks that need addressing whilst supporting our residents.

We look forward to the New Year with optimism and ask you to watch this space for dates for open events in the New Year when you can come and talk to councillors, ask as many questions as you like and find out how the council works. You may even be interested in how to become a councillor or part of a working group!
